Who we are

This policy applies to CENTURY 21 Bravo Realty ("Bravo", "we", "us"), an independently owned and operated real estate brokerage at 3009 23 St NE, Calgary, Alberta, and to this website and the other websites and domains we operate. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a showing, ask about a listing, request a home valuation or mortgage pre-approval, contact an agent, apply to join our team, or sign up for updates, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, property address and details, the kind of home you are looking for, your message, and for career enquiries your work history and licensing details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records the pages you visit, the searches you run, the listings you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your IP address. Most of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies. It is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and connect you with the right agent or team
• To arrange showings, valuations and consultations, and to provide real estate services
• To refer you to a mortgage professional when you ask for a pre-approval
• To consider you for a role when you apply to join our team
• To send you listings, market updates and news you have asked for
• To understand how the website is used and improve it
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those that apply to real estate brokerages in Alberta

We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. These services use cookies and receive information such as the pages you view and the actions you take on the site, for example submitting a form. We do not send them your name, email address or phone number.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Listings

Listing information on this website comes from the MLS® System through The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). When you ask about a listing, we may share your enquiry with the agent or brokerage representing that property so they can respond.

Who we share your information with

We share personal information only as needed to provide the service you asked for:

• With our agents and staff, and with CENTURY 21 Property Management Bravo when you ask about rentals or property management
• With service providers who help us run this website and manage enquiries, such as website hosting, lead management and CRM, email and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us and must keep it confidential
• With a mortgage professional, only when you request a pre-approval
• When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others

Some of our service providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Email and text messages

We send marketing email or text messages only with your consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every message tells you how to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Our SMS Terms of Service explain how text messages work.

Keeping your information secure

We protect personal information with reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards, and this website encrypts information in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it, subject to legal and contractual limits. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.
